- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the initial onboarding process, delivering hands-on setup and user training for our ERP system.
- General Assistance & Troubleshooting: Answer daily functional and technical queries, help clients optimize their workflows, and ensure high platform adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in ongoing internal training, product updates, and process optimization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Aviation Background & Network: Passion for aviation paired with direct industry experience or strong active networking within the aviation community.
- IT Affinity: Strong interest and hands-on experience with IT/software systems, accompanied by a solid foundational understanding of digital workflows and ERP structures.
