Articles definition

Flying Fleet will use the "Article Type" to know when to use an article while doing a specific operation.

Credits

One article with the type "Credit" is required for each "VAT Accounts" setup in your instance. This article will be used to transform member credits in full or partial payments of the bill.

Landings

One or more "Aircraft Landing Pricing" is required to handle the landings. You may define the base article, and then overwrite it for a given membership requirement. All those articles will then appear in the "Finance" => "Landing Price" grid and let you define the pricing.

Renting

One or more "Aircraft Rent Pricing" is required to handle the renting. You may define the base article, and then overwrite it for a given membership requirement. All those articles will then appear in the "Finance" => "Fleet Pricing" grid and let you define the pricing.

Customs

A "Departure Over Border" and a "Arrival Over Border" article will be used in case a movement over border is done. If one or both are not defined, simply there will be no costs linked to that.
