Workflows

Once an open bill surpass the due date and an admin clicks the "Finalize Reminder" button in the "Bills" page, the open bills will be replaced with a new bill and the reminder level will be increased.

Special articles

Flying Fleet fully support reminders workflow. Each reminder (first, second and third) can have an article with a price (in that case it will be charged), or simply define another payment term (just define the appropriate reminder level, set the price to 0 and define the "Payment Terms Modifier". Reminder articles must have the vat type set otherwise Flying Fleet shall not be able to link them to the correct company.
