Backups
Flying Fleet is configured to have a daily backup every early morning. The backup files are kept on the system for 10 days for the database, 5 days for the documents, and 4 days for the help files.
If wished by the customers, an additional copy of the backups can be secured on a Redcrest Solution GmbH server on a different physical location.
Backups can be accessed directly the customers if they have the feature enabled.
Database backups are a GZIP file of the complete SQL dump of the database. The specific database version is displayed in the System => Diagnostic page.
