Shared host

While a club or superior instance will have its own VPS (Virtual Private Server), ensuring security and resources access, the light instance uses a shared host instead. Meaning in practice that all the light instances do share the same server. This does reduce the costs which allows us to charge you less for the service. However, to ensure every light instance can run on the shared host, an instance will actually be started at the moment you request it, meaning a couple of seconds (normally under 30 seconds) when you call it the first time, and after about 5-10 minutes of inactivity the instance will then be again killed.

Support

Bugs reports will always be free of charge, however any other kind of support cannot be included in the fees paid for the instance. If you require additional support, either ask the community or request a support ticket (we will inform you about the price before charging you anything).

Configuration

To ensure smooth operations and a quick startup, we made the light instance setup as streamlined as possible via our initial wizard page as well as reduce the number of setup / admin panels. However if you somehow broke your instance, the hosting page allow you to restore a daily backup or re-initialize the instance completely.

Limitations

Only one aircraft is allowed per light instance as well as only one instance per person. However you may have as many members within the instance as you want, you will not be charged more. To ensure smooth operations between different countries, bank operations and payment slips are also not included in the light instance.
