Required Information from Customers

• Full Name of company for contracts and your invoices.
• VAT Number, if applicable.
• QR-IBAN for invoices.
• Account plan, alternatively the Swiss Standard Account Plan is used.
• Domain - The current domains are for testing purposes. For productive use, we recommend using the subdomain "operations.whatever.ch" or "ops.whatever.ch". You can set the DNS entries to the two server IP addresses within your hosting or provider.
• Logo(s), ideally as SVG file.
• Image that can be used as a banner on the homepage.
• Overview of Landing Fees.
• Overview of Charter Fees for your aircraft.
• Overview of Other Fees.
• Membership Database, preferably as CSV or Excel file.
• Customs - The email address to which customs notifications should be sent, as well as the phone number where you can reach customs.
• PPR - What information do you require from the pilots? What fields should the form have?
• Drones - There will be a separate PPR form for this. Which fields are desired?
• Payment Gateway: Setup your account with our provider.
